Intro:

On this page, I am showing the process of doing my skills audit. The skills audit helps us see different aspects of our own musical skills and the different things to reflect on such as skills we can work on or certain 'threats' that can prevent certain things happening and how you can go about it. Its an important process as it allows us  to compare the skills you need and the skills you already have, it is also important for identifying and addressing skill gaps, aligning individual capabilities with organisational goals, and improving overall performance and productivity.  The skills audit helps pinpoint certain areas one may lack and helpps show what they would need to work on.
