The SY 2025-2026 Cornerstone Test Security Training for All KIPP Texas Employees will be pushed out in July 2025 to all KTX Employees in Cornerstone.
Training for non-KIPP employees, contractors without Cornerstone access, and volunteers will be released in September 2025.
All required links for SY 2025-2026 Test Security Training and Cambium Access and all task competition trackers/rollups will be updated below as they are released.
Anyone who has Cambium Access from SY 2024-2025 will continue to have access until Cambium Rollover on 8/15/2025. After this date, all KTX employees will be required to complete the SY 2025-2026 Test Security Training Module through Cornerstone, sign a new oath for the 2025-2026 SY, and complete the Cambium Account Sign Up google form for the 2025-2026 SY. There are NO rollover accounts.

Test security and confidentiality is everyone's responsibility. In addition to collecting important data for our schools, students, and teachers, testing also has a major impact on accountability measures and successful student outcomes. At KIPP Texas, we take test security and confidentiality very seriously. Every KIPP Texas employee plays a part in ensuring that our schools, students, and teachers have fair and equitable testing experiences and that we are collecting viable and reliable data.
This training is required for all KTX employees. Including those who will:
be on campus during TEA State Testing (STAAR, STAAR ALT 2,TELPAS, TELPAS ALT), Non-State District Assessments (NWEA MAP, i-Ready, mCLASS DIBELS 8, Circle, & others), and Advanced Academics Assessments (ACT, SAT, AP, Pre-ACT, Pre-SAT, IB, TSIA2, etc.)
Please note - Additional Test Security training from the vendor is required for all Advanced Academics Assessments as every external testing organization has their own set of specific requirements. This training will not cover every specific requirement but will cover general test security best practices we use for all assessments.

This training is updated yearly to address patterns in KTX irregularities from the previous year.
If major changes are released, the Assessment Team will communicate changes during required campus assessment training prior to each major assessment. SSP members who participate in on campus assessments are required to be trained by the Campus Testing Coordinator (CTC) prior to each assessment.
This training does NOT take the place of:
Attending test administrator trainings on campus or virtually
Signing the test security oath
Reading all Test Administrator Manuals and other provided resources
This training must be completed each school year and is required for access to the Cambium testing platforms (TIDE, TDS, DEI), Cambium training site (LMS), Cambium Assessment Authoring (T-FAR), and student results (CRS). In addition to completing this training, you must also sign your Oath of Test Security and complete the Google Form Cambium Access Sign Up.
It is very important that when entering your KIPP Texas email account and KIPP Texas employee ID into these forms that you are entering them accurately and completely. Failure to do so may lead to delays in processing or require a resubmission.
The signature on your Oath of Test Security indicates that you have (or will have prior to the assessment) received all manuals, directions and procedures governing the test administration, and you will read your manuals prior to participating in and/or administering any assessment.
Any conduct which departs from the test administration procedures as established in these resources is considered a testing irregularity.
This training will take approximately 45 minutes to complete for staff who have completed test security training in previous school years. For staff unfamiliar with test security training, this training will take approximately 2 hours.
In order to receive credit for this training you must score 80% or higher on each included quiz. You may go back and re-take the quizzes as many times as necessary. You must scroll all the way to the bottom of the final training screen in order for your training to be submitted as complete.
A Certificate of Completion will be available in Cornerstone. You may be required to provide proof of training completion to the Campus Testing Coordinator (CTC) prior to active testing. You may access your Certificate by signing into your Cornerstone Account -> select Learning -> select View Your Transcript -> in the drop down menu for Filter by Training Status sort by choose All -> click on the blue View Certificate button located next to the training and download your certificate to your computer/google drive.

Cambium Access - All staff who wish to have a Cambium account for the 2025-2026 school year must complete all three steps listed below:
Complete the 2025-2026 Cornerstone Test Security Training Module released to all KTX employees in July 2025
Please note - your training will not be marked complete in Cornerstone if you do not score 80% or higher on all quizzes (you can return to them and redo them if needed) and/or if you do not scroll all the way to the very end of the final training screen.
If the training is not automatically assigned to you, you may search for it in Cornerstone. In the top right corner click on the search icon and type in "test security". Please make sure you select this year's training SY 2025-2026 training.
Sign the Test Security Oath. Directions are in the Test Security Oath section of the Cornerstone Test Security training. (Oath Rollup)
Make sure you spell your KIPP Texas email address correctly on this form.

It is very important that when entering your KIPP Texas email account and KIPP Texas employee ID into these forms that you are entering them accurately and completely. Failure to do so may lead to delays in processing or require a resubmission.
Non-certified staff must know the name of the certified staff member who will supervise them before filling out the oath. If you are not certified in Texas, you will not be eligible for a Cambium account if you do not name a certified supervisor on your oath. You will be asked to redo your oath with the correct information.

There are no rollover accounts. All KTX personnel who need access to Cambium must reapply for a new account every year.
Once an account has been activated, please use these instructions on how to sign into your account for the first time each school year.
** Cambium accounts will not be activated until all 3 parts are completed and verified.
If you had access during the 2024-2025 school year, you will continue to have access until August 15th of the 2025-2026 SY. The Cambium account blackout and rollover dates will be included in the KTX Testing Strategy and Assessment Calendar.
After this date your account will be deactivated and removed from Cambium.
