Protocol for Request for Testing Date Change:

KIPP Texas has established testing windows and dates for all assessments.  This document is to be utilized if your campus is requesting to administer any assessment outside of the designated testing window or date.  You are not required to complete this form for any emergencies that occur during testing as the RAC will provide guidance on how to handle emergencies. Please access the documents linked below for guidance. Please note - the process for SY2025-2026 has been updated from previous school years.

• All requests must be pre-approved by the School Leader Manager PRIOR to filling out this form

• All requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to any assessment

• Response time will will take 24-48 hours after submission 

• All decisions are final. There are no appeals
