If you had an account before August 14, 2022 you will need to request a new password for the year. The link is at the bottom of the sign in screen.

Here are some troubleshooting tips for the most common Cambium errors.
Error - Browser not supported
Fix - the student will need a different computer. Please put in a Zendesk IT Ed Tech Applications ticket for the student computer under “Cambium” - the student’s Secure Browser is not working. Make sure you include the asset tag number for the student’s computer
Error - ID not found/ID not matched
Fix 1- check to make sure the student chose “Texas” when logging into the secure browser. If they chose anything else, you will need to click the return to secure browser launchpad link to go back to the site menu or restart their computer
Fix 2- check to make sure the student did NOT log into their Chromebook before opening the Secure Test Browser app. If they did, have them log out and choose the app from the apps menu
Fix 3- Make sure the student is in the operational site (blue background) and not the practice site (green background). If they are not in the operational site, they need to click on the operational site toggle in the mid right of their screen
Fix 4- make sure the student is copying their TSDS# and their first name EXACTLY as it appears on the ticket.
Error - No test available
Fix - This is an issue with the student’s eligibility in Cambium. Log into tide and search for the student by TSDS #. Click here for directions on what/how to update the eligibility (slide 156)
Make sure you check/update December EOC Eligibility, Retester flag, and EOC-Previously Passed.
Error- All opportunities have been used
Fix - the student has submitted their test.
If this was done in error AND the student has not yet left the secure test environment, please reach out to a RAC -we will need to contact cambium to re-open the assessment.
If the student has left the secure test environment then there is no correction for this. Please fill out an Irregularity Report
If all else fails contact us. We may need you to call Cambium. If you have not already programmed their number into your phone, please do so today! 833-601-8821
