Required training for test administration is available for test coordinators and staff. Coordinators received an email notifying them when the required training is available. Learn more.
New! Coordinators will be able to monitor and track the training completion status of their staff in the training platform.
Test coordinators and proctors will use Test Day Toolkit to organize their administration and to administer the test to students. In early September, test coordinators listed in SSOR will receive an email that contains a link to access Test Day Toolkit.
Access emails will only be sent to schools that have an order in SSOR. The order must contain all required contacts. After an order is placed, you’ll get an access email within two business days.
Check out our website for more information about Test Day Toolkit, including step-by-step instructions on Test Day Toolkit setup.
Important: Test staff won’t be able to administer a test without an updated College Board account. Ensure all supporting test staff have completed the required account update by telling them to sign in to their College Board accounts now.
Explore a collection of resources that share the value of each test in the SAT Suite of Assessments. Share them with your students, their parents/caregivers, and your staff.

Dear Colleague,
A critical Bluebook™ update was released on September 26, 2024. Unless blocked, Bluebook will auto-update the next time it’s opened. Students use Bluebook to take PSAT-related assessments, the SAT®, and digital AP® Exams.
To avoid overwhelming your network and causing delays, ask students to open Bluebook themselves before test day or group readiness sessions (they don’t need to sign in).
If your managed devices don’t allow Bluebook auto-updates, perform manual updates to make sure testing devices are running the latest version of Bluebook, and remember to check for new releases every Friday on Bluebook Updates. Students must always use the latest version of Bluebook.
Technical requirements and guidance are always available at bluebook.collegeboard.org/technology.
Thank you for all you do to support student success.
Sincerely,
College Board
