Details: Goal is 100% Completion across all required assessments listed in the KTX Assessment Strategy

Data is going to be used to make academic decisions for campuses and for TCP Placement & TIA payments.
Key dates are provided below to help you plan and ensure that you complete within the allotted date(s)

Most District Aligned Assessments and KTX internal Assessments are tracked through KAT trackers and can be found on the KAT homepage
Any questions can be answered by the contact person listed in the assessment section.

Curriculum assessments will be named in the KTX Curriculum tracker and in each course’s WAG. Please reach out to the C&IE team directly for more information on these assessments.

District Aligned Assessments - BOY/MOY/EOY

We use a combination of completion reports directly from the platform, KIPP Tableau, and the KTX Non-Completion Tracker to calculate completion for each window/school.

KAT Portal -restricted access- must log in with KTX account
SY 2026-2027 KTX Non-Completion Tracker for All Assessments - CTCs fill out at end of each assessment window

State Aligned Assessments - STAAR, STAAR ALT 2, Interim Assessments

For STAAR, STAAR ALT 2, and SAFT we use the Test Status Code Report in Cambium to monitor completion

For Interim Assessments we use the Plan and Manage Testing Report in Cambium to monitor completion.
