The art of teaching requires continuous growth and development. Teachers should have a growth mindset and continue to seek and gain knowledge within their discipline. It is also a necessity to stay up to date on the newest technology and teaching strategies. When the educator in the classroom is a lifelong learner they produce students for lifelong learners.

As part of my commitment to ongoing professional growth, I participated in a professional development workshop focused on the use of artificial intelligence in education. The workshop explored emerging AI tools that support personalized learning, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance student engagement. Engaging in this PD allowed me to stay current with innovative educational technology, collaborate with fellow educators on best practices, and reflect on how AI could be thoughtfully integrated into the classroom to support both teaching and learning.
