While in both of my placements, I consistently took time to reflect on the lessons I had taught both independently and in collaboration with my supervisor and cooperating teacher. These reflections were instrumental in helping me identify areas for improvement, address any weaknesses, and refine my instructional strategies. By analyzing what worked well and what could be adjusted, I was able to enhance the overall effectiveness of my teaching and provide a more meaningful learning experience for my students.
