Subdomain one highlights the importance of communication. A successful educator is consistent and effective in their ways of communication. The communication to students should highlight that learning is purposeful and the goals and objectives are specific and well communicated to the students.

During both of my placements, I made it a priority to visit each group while students were working collaboratively. This allowed me to engage in meaningful discussions about their ideas and monitor their progress effectively.
