Instruction is the portion of the framework that describes the students engagement in the educators teaching methods and instruction. It also evaluates the engagement the students have in learning experiences in the classroom. The primary mission of Domain 3: instruction is to look into the school's educators levels of enhancement on the students' learning and their overall growth (Danielson ,2022).Teachers should craft learning experiences that are deeply rooted in a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, aligned with educational standards, and designed to captivate students in meaningful tasks. These experiences should be tailored to accommodate the distinct goals, strengths, needs, and backgrounds of each student. The success of learning experiences is contingent upon the teacher, in collaboration with students, cultivating an environment that both supports and challenges learners. This dual dynamic ensures that students feel acknowledged and encouraged while also being motivated to overcome intellectual challenges ( Danielson,2022).
