Maintaining accurate records is a key component to a successful educator. A successful educator does not only track and report out on student grades and behaviors. They find ways to incorporate students and families into the process.

While completing my student teaching, I had the opportunity to track student grades using both a digital platform and a traditional paper grade book. Utilizing both methods allowed me to stay organized and ensured accuracy when monitoring student progress and keeping up with assignments.
