All educators have reasoning behind the layout of their classroom but the educator isn't always thinking of students and their needs when organizing or may not be aware of the needs at the time. However the classroom should be inclusive of all students present and what is needed for them to actively grow and develop.

Classroom Seating

While in Smethport I moved the classroom desk into an arrangement that better fit the students and their needs. I created seats where students could stand when needed and also provided students with space from peers that were distracting their education.
