שמיני עצרת - The Prayer for Rain

Although the Prayer for Dew has its own page, that is because פסח in general has much of its own liturgy, such that the Prayer for Dew is its own distinctive subset of said liturgy.  שמיני עצרת, however, has little of its own distinct liturgy, to which end the Prayer for Rain is the distinctive feature of its liturgy. This is why (at least for now) we are combining both pages into one.
