TESTING TIME

One of the course’s test items that I am really proud of answering would be the second question of part B, in the second summative assessment. Going into further detail, this particular question asked for the four quantum numbers that describe the last electron of chlorine (Cl), in its base state. Being able to answer such an item is a significant achievement for me, as I initially had a difficult time in understanding the concept of quantum numbers, and how to determine such, when it was first introduced to me.

These were some of the materials that I reviewed on!

However, having realized these challenges, I made sure to allot extra time to review on quantum numbers as a whole, and look up on the supplementary materials provided by my teacher, so that I can have a better grasp of the topic. Along with those, I also practiced solving problems related to quantum numbers, so that I can master such, as well as be able to further prepare for the upcoming summative assessment.

To add to that, this test item is something that I am really proud of, because I was able to not only answer such, but also get the correct answer. With that said, I was reminded that hard work and constant determination to learn something new will always pay off in the end.
