The fifth student learning outcome of collaborative teamwork and communication among inter-professionals is met through my group pediatric presentation on children aged 6-12 years old. With this group project, I was able to be a part of a team that worked effectively together to create and present a pediatric project. During the working phases, each team member communicated roles, tasks, and expectations. Similarly, during the presentation, the team demonstrated effective communication to educate a class of 20 students on the nursing care of school-aged children. Overall, this project demonstrates how team members come together to communicate professionally to boost productivity and gain new knowledge.
