The findings agreed during the actual JTR phase shall be the basis in revising the VCA report by PSO/ RPCO/ PLGU, whichever is applicable.

The NPCO shall officially issue the revised Review Matrix and agreements reached during the activity within one week after the JTR.

All the remaining findings shall be complied since these were agreed during the JTR. Responses like ‘not able to gather in the data gathering, no available data, and respondents did not disclose the type of information’ among others shall not be considered acceptable by NPCO IPLAN.

The PSO/ RPCO/ PLGU shall submit the revised VCA report to NPCO upon compliance of remaining findings in the Review Matrix. The latter shall include the status of compliance in the remaining findings. The reviewers shall not conduct compliance review if the required documents are incomplete.

Complied and final VCA report shall be submitted to NPCO with endorsement from the Regional Executive Director.

The MIS shall be updated according to the current milestone of developing/updating the VCA report.
