Brief profile of the VCA shall be presented prior to the discussion of the findings and recommendations per concerned offices.
The focus of the activity shall be on levelling-off and discussing the findings and recommendations on the VCA. This is to harmonize the findings between reviewers and to provide clarity and clarifications on the content of the VCA and possibly to get response from the PSO/ RPCO/ PLGU (whichever is applicable).
The review matrix and the VCA report shall be revised accordingly as a result of discussions of the findings. Tagging of the findings as to ‘complied and resolved’ or ‘not complied’ shall be made in the matrix.

- For not complied section – Revise (if applicable) according to the discussions
To attain comprehensive review, allot a day to review a maximum of two (2) VCAs. The number of days for JTR shall be adjusted accordingly to the number of VCAs submitted to the reviewers.
All reviewers shall be present in the JTR, especially a representative from the appropriate Technical Agency and Core Planning Team Members.
The activity shall be spearheaded by the office that formulates the VCA (PSO/ RPCO/ PLGU). A documenter from the PSO/RPCO shall be assigned to take note of all the discussions. The NPCO shall be provided with the revised matrix.
