Guidelines in Conducting Joint Technical Review (JTR) of Value Chain Analysis (VCA)

Endorsement. The VCA report must be submitted with an accomplished Completion Form, signed by the IPLAN Component Head from the office who led the preparation of the VCA. The report shall be submitted to PSO, and PSO shall endorse it to NCPO.
Take note of the following:
● Cut-off date of endorsing VCAs to be reviewed and to be subjected to JTR, shall be every 30th of the previous month. Otherwise, endorsed VCAs will be lined up on the following month.
● A maximum of 2 VCAs shall be endorsed per cluster per month.
