Presentation: The Scary Side of Hermione Granger - a joint presentation with Lorrie Kim, where we discussed the ruthless and scary things Hermione did throughout the series, and addressed whether she's actually a bit evil.
Presentation: The Phoenix With No Order - I based a presentation on my upcoming essay in The Rowling Library's The Phoenix or the Flame anthology, which talks about how Order of the Phoenix changed from its original outline to the published version, with the emphasis on Bellatrix Lestrange's original absence and emergence into prominence.
Presentation: Cozy Fantasy - I joined a panel to talk about our favorite entries in the ascendant genre of cozy fantasy! My recs were The Spellshop and The Dark Lord's Daughter.
Game Shows: Harry Potter Trios - My version of HP trivia with a twist, I come up with three disparate elements in HP (characters, etc.) and the audience (split in four teams) had to figure out what their exclusive commonality was. Apparently it was quite the challenge for even the most hardcore of Potter fans!
