Faces appear in some of the most unexpected places — inside a seed, among the folds of a flower, or hidden within shapes we might otherwise pass by.

Photographing these small discoveries draws me closer to the beauty and strangeness of the natural world. Sometimes, the closer I look, the less familiar nature becomes.

A flower can become a dancer. A seed can hide a creature. All it takes is a second look.
