Please accept this document as an official request to extend the date of submission of my final report regarding the Corbett School District.

In the contract agreement, the submission date is stipulated as 2-15-19. I had anticipated delivering the content of the report at a community meeting on or slightly before that date. Based on the recent District decision to hold a Special Board Meeting on Monday, February 25^th, I am agreeable to extending the first submission beyond the first contract deadline date.

As my report is a public document, I feel it will be best received and understood if the report and presentation are delivered with timely sequence. My report will contain information and recommendations that without explanation could create unnecessary angst if available for a long period before a public presentation. I will deliver important context to the report and discussion when presented at the public meeting.

Because the Board and Deputy Clerk have recently set the exact date, I respectfully request a submission deadline to the Board, District and IC3S on the morning of the first public meeting – Monday, February 25^th by 10:00am.
