Agenda Items:

1. Updates

• Brad - AV set up : Brad has secured equipment for IC3S to barrow to record video & audio during the 1st community meeting on Feb. 26th. He is going to coordinate with Pastor Auble and the Corbett Community Church for details on sound system set up prior to the presentation dates.
• Mikaila - info posting in The Outlook : Teresa Carson , the education reporter for the Gresham Outlook wrote the meeting dates and details in her "learning log" brief on January 22nd and also posted the information on their website. Mikaila will request this information is posted again in her learning log brief in February as the meeting dates approach.
• Other updates : there were no other updates from group members.

2. Main focus: Publicity Plan & Timeline

• Distributing flyers & hand-outs : delegate lists of postings : Jeff, Cless and Mikaila distributed flyers and hand-outs between the three of them to cover the public spaces, businesses and school buildings in Springdale and Corbett.
• Reaching out to local groups & clubs - how, when, who & what : Cless, Mikaila and Jeff talked through a list of local clubs and delegated who will reach out to groups. Mikaila and Jeff will draft an email that can be sent out to groups. Emails will be sent out by Monday, February 11th and then again Tuesday, Feb. 19th.
• Writing email with Dr. Trani to send to District families & staff - Mikaila will coordinate with Dr. Trani and Robin to send out an email to district staff and families for Monday, Feb. 11th and Tuesday, Feb. 19th.
• Phone calls : Andrew will focus on making phone calls to local contacts.

3. Discussion: Follow up to discussion started Jan. 23rd meeting about what's the role of IC3S after the report is delivered?

All group members agree they are committed to the process to bring as much resolution as possible to the issues being discussed. They foresee the group playing a role in the process after the presentations with the community, board and district in digesting the report and recommendations, and collaborating to agree upon next steps.

4. Closing :

• Next meeting dates? : Cless, Brad, Jeff and Mikaila agreed that there needs to be no next meeting date set for the group before the presentations. If an issue arises before then, the group with discuss whether or not a meeting is necessary. Group members plan to attend the next regular Board meeting on Wed., Feb. 20th.
