Grading

A Note About Grading:
For every art project you complete, you will receive two separate grades: one for Creating & Presenting and one for Connecting & Responding. 

The Creating & Presenting grade reflects how you develop your ideas, experiment with materials, and present your final work. 

The Connecting & Responding grade is based on how you reflect on your choices, connect your work to artists, ideas, or personal experiences, and demonstrate your thinking. 

All of your grades will come from your digital portfolio, so it is essential that you document your process and submit your portfolio on time. This includes photos, notes, experiments, and reflections. If your work and process are not included in your portfolio, they cannot be assessed.
