Because if I ever want to be a LEGO Designer, I have to have a portfolio of models! Also, I just really like these and want to share them.
But first, a bit of a disclaimer: I am not a professional photographer. Nor am I a LEGO YouTuber. I do not have fancy lightboxes or cameras or anything like that. These images are the best I could do with what I have. You can see the models clearly, and that's enough.
The first ever LEGO set I remember getting was set number 7140. The original LEGO Star Wars X-Wing. And I haven't stopped building since. Chima, Knights Kingdom, Ninjago, Nexo Knights, and of course, the big one, Bionicle. As you can probably tell, my building preferences certainly skew in a certain direction.
I spent hours upon hours building and playing with these sets. After getting a new one, it would be a miracle if it survived to the next day without me taking it apart and building something new. My favorites were sets that not only told a story, but encouraged me to tell my own. Those are the kinds of sets I seek to create.
