Studio Lab Tech
As a Studio Lab Tech at the Emergent Media Center, I was a combination Customer Service Representative, QA Tester and Designer. My main job was to sit at the front desk of the EMC, helping people who came in find what they needed. I was also in control of the physical equipment other EMC employees could borrow. Additionally, the other Lab Techs and I were the EMC's QA Testers. Finally, we tackled some of the internal, small design projects, such as figuring out how to use the front lobby space, as well as turning the Student Orientation Handbook into a game for new employees.
