RESPONSE: (Cantor, then all)
From all my terrors the Lord has set me free.
I will bless the Lord at all times,
praise him is always in my mouth.
In the Lord my soul shall make its boast;
the humble shall hear and be glad.
From all my terrors the Lord has set me free.
Glorify the Lord with me;
together let us praise his name.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
from all my terrors he set me free.
From all my terrors the Lord has set me free.
Look towards him and be radiant ;
let your faces not be abashed.
this lowly one called; the Lord heard,
and rescued him from all his distress.
From all my terrors the Lord has set me free.
The angel of the Lord is encamped
around those who fear him, to rescue them.
Taste and see that the Lord is good.
Blessed the man who seeks refuge in him.
From all my terrors the Lord has set me free.

My Jesus,
I believe that You are present
in this Holy Sacrament of the altar.
I love You above all things
and I passionately desire
to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally,
come spiritually into my soul
so that I may unite myself wholly to You
now and forever. Amen.
Based on a prayer of St Alphonsus Liguorit
Peter said to Jesus:
You are the Christ,
the son of the living God.
And Jesus replied: You are Peter,
and upon this rock I will build
my church.
In Christ alone my hope is found,
He is my light my strength my song.
This cornerstone, this solid ground,
firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
what heights of love, what depths of peace,
when fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My Comforter my All in All,
here in the love of Christ I stand.
Verse 2:
In Christ alone, who took on flesh
fullness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness,
scorned by the ones he came to save.
till on that cross where Jesus died,
the wrath of God was satisfied.
for every sin on Him was laid;
here in the death of Christ I live.
Verse 3:
There in the ground His body lay,
Light of the world in darkness slain.
Then bursting forth in glorious day,
up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory,
sins curse has lost it's grip on me.
for I am His and He is mine,
bought with the precious blood of Christ.
Verse 4:
No guilt in life, no fear in death;
this is the pow'r of Christ in me.
From life's first cry to final breath,
Jesus commands my de stiny.
No pow'r of hell, no scheme of man,
can ever pluck me from His hand,
till He returns or calls me home;
here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand

Verses1-4
1. Into a world of darkness since the fall,
new light had dawned, two champions heard the call:
Peter the rock, and Paul once known as Saul!
Alleluia, alleluia.
2. First Peter stared in wonder at the sight,
Jesus, transfigured, clothed in glorious light,
then heard God praise his Son from heaven's height.
Alleluia, alleluia.
3. Beside a desert road a different sign,
Saul saw a blinding light in splendour shine
and Jesus told him, "These you hurt are mine!'
Alleluia, alleluia.
4. On each a lifelong mission was conferred,
Go tell the nations all that you have heard
of God made known through Christ, th' incarnate Word.
Alleluia, alleluia.
5. Their work accomplished, called to their reward,
one crucified, one martyred by the sword,
their deaths bore witness to the risen Lord:
Alleluia, alleluia!
