1. Lord Jesus, as we turn from sin
with strength and hope restored,
receive the homage that we bring
to you, our risen Lord.
2. We call on you, whose living word
has made the Father known;
O shepherd, we have wandered far,
find us and lead us home.
3. Your glance at Peter helped him know
the love he had denied;
now gaze on us and heal us, Lord,
of selfishness and pride.
4. Reach out and touch with healing pow'r
the wounds we have received,
that in forgiveness we may love,
and may no long-er grieve.
5. Then stay with us when evening comes
and darkness makes us blind;
O stay until the light of dawn
may fill both heart and mind.

Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
I will bless the Lord at all times,
Praise of him is always in my mouth.
In the Lord my soul shall makes its boast;
the humble shall hear and be glad.
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Glorify the Lord with me;
together let us praise his name.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
from all my terrors he set me free.
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Look towards him and be radiant;
let your faces not be abashed.
This lowly one called; the Lord heard,
and rescued him from all his distress.
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord
Taste and see that the goodness of the Lord

Father in heaven,
may the faith you have given us
in your son, Jesus Christ, our brother,
and the flame of charity enkindled
in our hearts by the Holy Spirit,
reawaken in us the blessed hope
for the coming of your kingdom.
R:/ To you our God, Eternally Blessed,
Be glory and Praise for ever.
May your grace transform us
into tireless cultivators
of the seeds of the Gospel.
May those seeds transform all of humanity
and the whole of creation in the sure
expectation of a new heaven
and a new earth,
when your glory, O Lord, will shine eternally.
R:/ To you our God, Eternally Blessed,
Be glory and Praise for ever.
May the grace of the Jubilee
reawaken in us, Pilgrims of Hope,
a yearning for the treasures of heaven.
May that same grace spread the joy
and peace of our Redeemer
throughout the earth.
R:/ To you our God, Eternally Blessed,
Be glory and Praise for ever. Amen
1. Our Father, we have wan - dered
And hidden from your face;
In foolishness have squandered
Your legacy of grace.
But now, in exile dwelling,
We rise with fear and shame,
As dis-tant but compelling,
We hear you call our name.
2. And now at length discerning
The evil that we do,
Behold us, Lord, returning
With hope and trust to you.
In haste you come to meet us
And home rejoicing bring,
In gladness there to greet us
With calf and robe and ring.
3. O Lord of all the living,
Both banished and restored,
Compassionate, forgiving
And ever-caring Lord,
Grant now that our transgressing,
Our faithlessness may cease.
Stretch out your hand in blessing,
In pardon and in peace.

Plainchant
Spoken
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present
in this Holy Sacrament of the altar.
I love You above all things
and I passionately desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally,
come spiritually into my soul
so that I may unite myself wholly to You
now and forever.
Amen.
Based on a prayer of St Alphonsus Liguorit
You must rejoice, my son,
for your brother was dead
and has come to life;
he was lost and is found
1. Father I have sinned,
help me find my way.
Remember not my sins,
just let me hear you say
REFRAIN:
I forgive you, I love you
You are mine, take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more,
Beloved one. (to verse:)
2. Father I have turned,
my back and walked away
Depended on my strength
and lived life my own way
REFRAIN:
I forgive you, I love you
You are mine, take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more,
Beloved one. (to verse:)
3. Father I have closed,
my heart to those in need.
Thought only of myself,
a victim of my greed.
REFRAIN:
I forgive you, I love you
You are mine, take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more,
Beloved one. (to verse:)
3. Father I have loved,
if love’s the word to use.
I’ve played so many games,
they’ve left me so confused.
REFRAIN:
I forgive you, I love you
You are mine, take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more,
Beloved one. (to verse:)
4. Father I’ve returned,
I’m home with you to stay.
Standing at your door,
the knowing that you’ll say:
REFRAIN:
I forgive you, I love you
You are mine, take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more,
Beloved one. (to verse:)

1 Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
was blind, but now I see
2 'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved.
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed.
3 Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home.
4 When we've been there ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun,
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.
