Small spherical devices that target selected memories in order to remove or destroy them. Often used in the aid of individuals who have been caused madness due to eldritch manipulation, due to torture, or other traumatic events that make a person incapable of rational thought.
Memory Crystals & Stones
Runic stones that hold the memories of work done or involved in by past Order Members after they left the order. Passphrase needed to unlock. Stones can be accessed to learn about past missions, projects, and battles. While memory crystals are able to be looked into without the person they belong to. Its like wandering a sea of knowledge you can't control. Sometimes, you will find what you are after. Sometimes not. So it would be advisable to seek the person out it belonged to as a 'filter' for that knowledge.
When it comes to just using the Crystal, it could maybe be a roll scenario? So many attempts a day, rolling 1-10 you don't get what you are after, rolling 11-20 you get what you seek.
Should this item be used on an Arbiter, it is traditional and customery to seek them out to use it (should it be on sim) to access the memories.
