Theft, fraud or collusion with a third party.
Accepting gifts, hospitality or bribes in return for SRF services.
Use of SRF equipment outside of emergency situations
Falsification of SRF documentation
Conviction for certain criminal offenses.
Absence from work without leave (AWOL) or failure to notify a superior of your absence.
Reporting for duty whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Misuse of the SRF name or property.
External factors conflicting with either work performance and/or the interests of the SRF
Bringing the SRF into serious disrepute by actions either on or off duty.
Wilful destruction of SRF property, data or systems.
Serious negligence which causes or might cause unacceptable loss, damage or injury.
Serious insubordination.
Conflict of interests (where your interests conflict with the interests of the SRF.)
Unreasonable refusal of a legitimate instruction given by a superior.
Conduct likely to cause offence to the public or fellow colleagues.
Dereliction of duty.
Sexual harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct, including inappropriate behaviour toward/with colleagues in the workplace or in public spaces.
Possession of controlled substances, drugs paraphernalia, or prohibited items on SRF property or whilst on duty.
Releasing confidential or classified information to unauthorised parties.
Discreditable conduct, namely behaving in a manner which discredits the SRF or undermines public confidence in the Agency, such as inappropriate relationships or reckless social media activity.
