The Sentinel Response Force is open to anyone who wants to play a Fire Fighter, Ranger/Wildlife management, or Disaster Service Worker !
All you need to do is request the role in the discord and your character will be able to respond to emergencies!
The Sentinel Response Force (S.R.F.) operates under RDA oversight and follows similar codes of conduct. While the unit has no single leader, major misconduct will be handled by RDA Leadership and Howling Hills City Council.
The S.R.F. is funded by City Hall, with pay managed through the City Council. The Mayor or Council may issue directives or objectives at any time.
In short: RDA steps in ICly only for severe violations. ICA = ICC.
Code of Conduct
Public confidence in the SRF depends on its staff demonstrating the highest level of professional standards of behaviour. Examples of what the SRF considered to be misconduct and gross misconduct are shown below. Neither list is exclusive or exhaustive:
Examples of Misconduct:
Consistent failure to achieve the required standard of work performance.
Poor timekeeping.
Poor attendance.
Being of untidy appearance or failing to wear personal protection equipment.
Participating in harmful practical jokes whilst on duty or on SRF property.
Misuse of SRF facilities and equipment.
Any breach of other procedures, regulations or policies outlined here or elsewhere.
Improper use of radio communication systems.
Examples of Gross Misconduct:
Theft, fraud or collusion with a third party.
Accepting gifts, hospitality or bribes in return for SRF services.
Use of SRF equipment outside of emergency situations
Falsification of SRF documentation
Conviction for certain criminal offenses.
Absence from work without leave (AWOL) or failure to notify a superior of your absence.
Reporting for duty whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Misuse of the SRF name or property.
External factors conflicting with either work performance and/or the interests of the SRF
Bringing the SRF into serious disrepute by actions either on or off duty.
Wilful destruction of SRF property, data or systems.
Serious negligence which causes or might cause unacceptable loss, damage or injury.
Serious insubordination.
Conflict of interests (where your interests conflict with the interests of the SRF.)
Unreasonable refusal of a legitimate instruction given by a superior.
Conduct likely to cause offence to the public or fellow colleagues.
Dereliction of duty.
Sexual harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct, including inappropriate behaviour toward/with colleagues in the workplace or in public spaces.
Possession of controlled substances, drugs paraphernalia, or prohibited items on SRF property or whilst on duty.
Releasing confidential or classified information to unauthorised parties.
Discreditable conduct, namely behaving in a manner which discredits the SRF or undermines public confidence in the Agency, such as inappropriate relationships or reckless social media activity.

Members of the Sentinel Response Force are free to use their natural racial abilities to help on the job, and should never shy away from doing so if it means helping someone in need!
United States Lore
While the law enforcement agencies have been absorbed and formed into the RDA and controlled by a Global Headquarters; The Sentinel Response Force is controlled and Funded by the veiled cities in the United States of America.
The SRF was founded in the early 1990s. After successful testing and operation of branches throughout the United States, the Howling Hills branch was officially established in 2000.
In large veiled cities the Fire Department and Environmental management typically houses a chain of command which answers to a Commander of their very own.
In smaller veiled cities like Howling Hills the Fire Department and Environmental Management answer to the chain of Command from their local RDA headquarters, and are controlled by the City Council. Typically, the RDA leadership is only called in when the local Sentinel Response Force has been reported for gross misconduct.
Other Country Lore
While the United States relies on the Sentinel Response Force, other countries have their own government-funded agencies and methods for managing fires, natural disasters, and environmental challenges.
