新功能登場：「商品標籤」篩選器 登入商戶教學平台即看教學影片

為方便客人搜尋心儀產品，商品分類搜尋頁面（Category Search Page）的產品篩選器（Product Filter）已進行更新，新增豐富的「商品標籤」 讓客人進行篩選，進一步提升不同類型的產品的曝光率。商戶只要在商品名稱、簡介、詳細介紹(PDP Description)詳細列出產品賣點、特色等，系統會根據產品屬性自動為產品新增對應的商品標籤。

目前試行階段「超級市場 > 冷凍/急凍食品 AA11110000000」 及 「護膚化妝 > 面部護理護膚 AA16050000000」兩個產品類別的產品會先擁有商品標籤，其他產品類別會陸續擁有標籤。

透過此新功能，客人可以透過篩選器 > 商品標籤去更精準找到想購買的產品。

小貼士

由於商品名稱有「淨痘」一詞，若客人可於篩選器剔選「抗痘」，便可搜尋到此商品。因此，商戶只要在詳細介紹 (PDP Description) 將商品的特色、賣點等詳盡列出，商品就可以更容易獲得相關的「商品標籤」。在客人搜尋相關關鍵字時，商品可獲更高的搜尋結果排名。除了可以增加貨品曝光率之外，客人亦可以更容易尋找到心儀的貨品 ! 

常見問題 FAQ

Q1: 為什麼我的商品沒有商品標籤或擁有不相關的商品標籤？

A: 若商戶將產品放到錯誤的產品類別，系統就不會產生或會產生錯誤的商品標籤。商戶只要將產品放回正確的產品類別，系統會於兩星期內移除錯誤的商品標籤及新增相關的商品標籤。

若商戶的產品本來已在正確的產品類別但產生了錯誤的商品標籤，請填寫查詢表格申請移除商品標籤。標籤一經更改，將無法取消。

Q2: 如何更新商品的名稱、簡介、詳細介紹？

A:詳情請見教學。

提提你：若商戶為了獲得更多商品標籤而在產品介紹輸入不真實的詞句，不但不能命中有潛力的客戶，更有機會會觸犯商品說明條例！

New Feature: “Product Tag” Filtering

In order to facilitate the search of desired products, the Product Filter of the Category Search Page is enhanced with "Product Tags"  that increase the exposure of relevant products.  Enriching the content of product name, PDP description by listing out the selling points, features, highlights etc. , the system will generate “Product Tags” based on product attributes automatically.

At the trial stage,  products in “AA11110000000 Supermarket > Chilled/ Frozen Food” and “AA16050000000 Skincare & Makeup > Skincare” will get “product tags” first while other categories will get them afterwards.

With this new feature, customers can find the desired products more precisely through “Filter > Product Tags”.

Tips 

Customers can search the product if they select "anti-acne" in the filter as the product name has the word "Acne". Therefore, as long as the merchant lists the features and selling points in detail in the PDP Description or product name, the product can obtain relevant “product tags” more easily. Products can even be ranked higher in search results when customers search for relevant keywords. In addition to increasing the exposure of products, customers can also find their targeted products more easily!

FAQ

Q1: Why does my product have no product tags or have irrelevant product tags?

A: If merchant puts the product in the wrong product category, the system will not generate it or will generate the wrong product tag. As long as the merchant puts the product back into the correct product category, the system will remove the wrong product tag and add related product tags within two weeks.

If the product is already in the correct product category but still has the wrong product tag, please fill in the inquiry form to apply for the removal of the product tag. Once the tag has been changed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Q2: How to update the product name and PDP description?

Reminder: If merchant enters untrue wordings and phrases in the PDP Description to obtain more product tags, not only will it fail to hit potential customers, but it may also violate the Trade Descriptions Ordinance!
