Bible prophecy does not explicitly talk about exploring space beyond earth's immediate vicinity.
But it does tell us that during the end time, knowledge will increase and many will travel back and forth quickly.
It was told to the prophet Daniel: “But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase” (Daniel 12:4).
Today many people "go quickly back and forth" in their travels by planes, trains, ships, and cars. And "knowledge has increased" dramatically via new technology and the internet. Putting these two together, knowledge has increased so that humans can even travel to outer space, the moon, and in the future possibly Mars.
Exploring our solar system is not necessarily evil. God has given us the earth to dwell in. And humans have God's permission to discover and explore new things on earth and beyond.
However, if we do so in a prideful way, then it becomes sin. Many humans in pride and irresponsibility trash the earth so that it becomes increasingly unlivable. Instead of seeking a solution to this and taking care of the earth, some people are seeking a new planet such as Mars to live on.
In this way, man is trying to be his own god rather than trusting in the one true God.
However, in the end when Jesus comes, He will come to earth (not another planet).
"In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east..." (Zechariah 14:4)
So we should take care of planet earth and live on it, instead of seeking to live on another planet.
We should wait on earth for the Lord until He comes.
