Chocolate Fondue

This is AWESOME! I think this was the first chocolate fondue I ever made and I've been making a version of this recipe at least a couple times a year since that first batch. I've made a few adjustments to the recipe since that first batch but it's basically the same. I have tried other chocolate fondue recipes but I always come back to this one.

Not only is this a wonderful dipping sauce, it makes a fabulous hot fudge sauce for ice cream and, once cooled, is a nice treat right off the spoon.

Savory Fondue

I love chocolate "fondue" but savory fondue, especially Cheese Fondue, is absolutely wonderful.
