Remember, both exam papers will have a reading section AND a writing section. What makes the two papers different is whether they deal with fiction or non-fiction.
Exam Paper 2 deals with 'non-fiction'. Non-fiction refers to texts from 'real life'. As a result, the reading section will focus on sections taken from newspaper/magazine articles, letters, or leaflets etc. The the writing section will focus on producing your own non-fiction writing. The writing they ask you to create could be a speech, the text for a leaflet, an essay/argument, a letter, or an article etc.
To comfortably get a grade 4 (a grade C), we should be aiming to get at least 60% of the marks.
