The Richest Land In The World

The Richest Land In The World.mp4

We start this cue with the Eboshi Chords (A#m - G#m6), over which a harp plays whole tone scales, while Lady Eboshi talks about her plan to destroy the forest. At the end, a clarinet performs the Lady Eboshi Theme. Suddenly, as Eboshi mentions Princess Mononoke, the exact same motif that was used in the cue "Mononoke Revealed", is being used again. At the end, it moves one half step up. Next, Eboshi talks about the Great Forest Spirit and its healing abilities. Here, we get the first statement of the The Great Forest Spirit Theme, which is completely built around whole tone scales. Lady Eboshi is interrupted by a worker, who constructs weapons, and the Lady Eboshi Theme plays in a playful way, ending the cue.
