A MESSAGE FROM THE TEAM

In celebration of all things beautiful, (now that spring is in full train), this month’s edition is dedicated to the ‘Arts.’ If you google the word ‘art’, the first result that pops up in the image bar is Van Gogh’s Starry Night, followed by the Mona Lisa. What most of us tend to forget is that the arts, as a domain, are home to much more than drooping sunflowers or beautiful portraits. Movies, music, sculpture, novels, poetry and more are all forms of art: all of them realms of creativity and imagination in their own right. 

In this edition, our writers have written about all of these mediums - with articles ranging from the transformation of plants into art to how mathematics play a role in the domain of theatre.
