Fibric Stitches is a versatile node for creating highly customizable stitches and seams on Fibric garments. It supports multiple input methods, including edge selection, mesh drawing, UV drawing, and texture input, giving artists extensive control over stitch appearance, width, spacing, rotation, and more.
The node also works as a standalone tool, meaning it can be applied directly to a mesh without requiring a curve-based fabric generated by Fibric.
Choose from preset stitch types like cross, feather, and braids, or create your own custom stitches to achieve anything from realistic seams to bold decorative stitching.

Weld
Enable
Activates the Weld feature, which automatically connects the curves that drive the stitches, making it easier to create continuous stitch paths even when drawing disconnected line segments. This is particularly useful for complex or freehand stitch designs.
Radius
The maximum distance the node will search for curve endpoints to weld together.
Max Curves to Weld
Limits the maximum number of curves that can be welded together.

Rotates the stitches across a full 360-degree range, with values from 0 to 1 representing a complete rotation cycle.
Stretch
Controls the scale of the stitches independently along X and Y axes, allowing directional stretching of the stitch pattern.
Width
Thickness of the stitch.
Duplicate
Clone the stitches multiple times with control over the number of duplicates and the X and Y offset between each clone.
Remove
Random removal of stitches.
Offset
Random Offset X/Y
Randomly displace the stitches along the X and Y axes for organic variation.
Height Offset
Displaces the stitches from the surface.
Slide Offset
Bias the stitches along the perpendicular (right) direction for directional shifting.
Invert/Of
Works in conjunction with Slide Offset to create an alternating pattern. Invert every # of # stitches to cycle through and alternate the slide bias direction, creating varied stitch offsets across the sequence.
