On December 15, 2023, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of the NAAS was held, during which the final reports on research projects carried out under Research Program No. 40, “Processing of Oilseed Crops. Oils and Fats” (“Oils and Fats”), were reviewed.

The Council also reviewed and approved the Institute’s Collection of Works, “INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES: CURRENT ISSUES OF SCIENCE AND PRACTICE” for 2023, which is scheduled for publication.

On November 14, 2023, a meeting of the Coordinating and Methodological Council for NAAS Research Program No. 40, “Processing of Oilseed Crops. Oils and Fats” (“Oils and Fats”), took place, during which the implementation of fundamental and applied research developments for 2023 was reviewed. 

From July 31 to August 4, 2023, specialists, technical staff, and researchers completed a professional development training course at the State Educational Institution “Odesa Institute of Postgraduate Education” of the National University of Food Technologies (SEI “OIPE” NUFT) on the topic: “Innovative Technologies, Modern Instrumental Methods for the Analysis of Oils and Fats, and Regulatory Framework for the Operation of Food Enterprises” (40 academic hours). Completion of the course was confirmed by certificates. 

On July 13, 2023, a meeting of the Coordinating and Methodological Council for NAAS Research Program No. 40, “Processing of Oilseed Crops. Oils and Fats” (“Oils and Fats”), took place, during which the implementation of fundamental and applied research developments for the first half of 2023 was reviewed.
