The journal publishes articles based on the results of fundamental developments and applied research. Manuscripts are preliminarily peer-reviewed by leading specialists in the relevant field.
Intended for: Lecturers, researchers, postgraduate and doctoral students, and university students, as well as enterprise managers.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Manuscripts submitted for publication must not have been previously published in print or electronic editions. The author submitting the materials retains all copyright and grants the journal the right of first publication, allowing the material to be distributed with proper attribution and citation of the original publication, and agrees to the placement of its electronic version on the website of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of the NAAS. The author grants the editorial board the right to peer-review and reject submitted materials. .
SEQUENCE OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE ARTICLE
1. UDC index. Directly under the top margin on the left, the UDC of the article is printed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
2. Article title (in the language of the article). One line below, centered, the title of the article is printed in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS.
3. Authors’ initials and surnames (in the language of the article).
4. Abstract (in the language of the article). The abstract should contain brief information about the purpose, subject, and methodology of the research, main results, and recommendations for their application. The abstract is printed in italics.
5. Keywords (5–6 words/phrases) in italics.
(Keywords: _).
6. Main text. One line below, with a 1.25 cm paragraph indent, the main text is printed justified. The structure of the main text:
Problem statement in general terms and its connection to important practical tasks;
Analysis of recent studies and publications on which the author relies;
Statement of the objective (formulation of the article’s purpose);
Presentation of the main material;
Conclusions and prospects for further research.
Before and after formulas and equations, leave one empty line with 1.5 line spacing; formulas and equations should be centered. Formula and equation numbers are aligned to the right. Font size for formulas and equations in the main text – 14 pt.
Figures, diagrams, and graphs should be in black-and-white. One line below the main text, print: Figure 1 – Figure title, centered.
Tables are formatted as follows: one line below the main text, with a 1.25 cm paragraph indent, print: Table 1 – Table title, justified.
7. References. After the article text, provide a list of references in the order they are cited in the text. Bibliographic descriptions must comply with DSTU 8302:2015 and be transliterated (Bibliography (transliterated)). In the text, the cited source is indicated by a number in square brackets corresponding to its position in the reference list. The bibliographic description is provided in the language of the publication. References to unpublished materials are not allowed. The majority of references should be to recent scientific works.
8. At the end of the article, in Ukrainian and English, the following should be printed: UDC, authors (initials and surnames, academic degree, academic title, position, affiliation), title, abstract, and keywords.
