COMPETITION FOR THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF THE UKRAINIAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF OILS AND FATS OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF AGRARIAN SCIENCES OF UKRAINE

On May 20, 2026, the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) announces a competition for the position of Director of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (2A Dziuby Avenue, Kharkiv District, Kharkiv Region, 61019, Ukraine).

The competition is open to citizens of Ukraine who are fluent in the state language, hold a Doctor of Sciences degree or a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD/Candidate of Sciences) degree, have at least 10 years of experience in scientific and/or academic positions, including at least 5 years of managerial experience, and are specialists in the Institute’s main field of activity.

Applications shall be submitted within two months from the date of publication of this announcement by the Academy.

Applicants wishing to participate in the competition shall submit the following documents:

1. An application addressed to the President of NAAS indicating whether the restrictions established by Part 3 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activities” apply to the applicant;

2. A personnel record form with a photograph (3 × 4 cm);

3. A curriculum vitae (autobiography);

4. Copies of documents confirming higher education, academic degree, and academic title;

5. A certificate confirming completion of preliminary, periodic, and extraordinary psychiatric examinations, including screening for psychoactive substance use, in the form approved by Order No. 651 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated April 18, 2022 (Form No. 100-2/o);

6. A certificate of criminal record status (presence or absence of convictions);

7. An information certificate from the Unified State Register of Persons Who Have Committed Corruption Offenses;

8. A copy of the passport certified by the applicant;

9. A copy of the employment record book (employment history record);

10. Written consent to the processing of personal data;

11. A declaration as a candidate for the position for the previous year in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” (printed from the website of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention).

Copies of documents submitted by the applicant (except for the passport copy) must be duly certified in accordance with the established procedure (by the applicant’s employer, the founder, or a notary).

The applicant bears responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted documents.

If the application and the required documents are submitted only by e-mail, the participant in the competitive selection process must additionally submit a signed application and certified copies of the documents before the election procedure. Failure to submit these documents shall result in the applicant being denied participation in the election.
