List of documents (1 copy) required for participation in the competition:  

1. A handwritten application addressed to the Director requesting participation in the competition;

2. A copy of an identity document;

3. Personal data sheet (with photograph);

4. Autobiography;

5. A copy of the higher education diploma;

6. Copies of the academic degree diploma and academic title certificate;

7. Reference signed by the Head of the scientific unit;

8. List of scientific publications in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 (published within the last ten years: in Ukrainian professional scientific journals; in foreign (international) journals indexed in international scientometric databases; in scientific publications of other countries), including references to information resources and websites where they are available;

9. Additional information on professional level, scientific achievements, and reputation (optional): copies of patents (that have passed qualification examination), monographs or scientific publications; links to scientific online profiles (ORCID, ResearchGate, Scopus, etc.); references and recommendation letters; as well as a written statement outlining the candidate’s vision for the development of research and innovation in the applied position. 

Candidates currently employed at the Institute shall submit only an application for participation, a reference, and a list of scientific publications. 

Deadline and address for submission of documents: 

Documents are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement -  until April 1, 2026 (inclusive).
