At the same time, the Institute places significant emphasis on ensuring the quality and safety of oils, fats, and their processed products through the introduction of modern analytical control methods. Another fundamental area of activity is the continuous improvement of the technical regulation system and the extensive updating of the industry’s regulatory and technical framework. The comprehensive implementation of these tasks provides a solid scientific foundation for harmonizing national requirements with European and international standards. This contributes to the sustainable development of enterprises, the production of high-quality and competitive products, and the steady expansion of the country’s export potential in global markets.
