The Department provides information and analytical materials based on the analysis of the current state of production, market conditions, trends, and forecasts for the development of the oil and fat industry, as well as oil and fat raw materials. This includes monitoring monthly production volumes and weekly price dynamics for oil raw materials and their processed products, and monitoring quality and safety indicators of oil raw materials and oils. Continuous monitoring of these indicators is essential for understanding both the challenges and opportunities faced by producers and for creating conditions to minimize the impact of negative factors on the operations of enterprises in the oil and fat industry.
