The Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of NAAS (URIOF NAAS) is the lead implementing organization of the NAAS Scientific and Technical Program “Oils and Fats.” URIOF NAAS carries out the development and industrial implementation of advanced technologies and improves existing technological processes, as well as the equipment used in these processes in the field of extraction and processing of oils and fats, and the production of mayonnaise and margarine products. The Institute also promotes the rational use of energy resources and conducts techno-economic studies in the area of material resource standardization.
