Laboratory of Instrumental Analysis 

The Laboratory of Instrumental Analysis (LIA) conducts comprehensive studies of the physicochemical parameters of oils, oilcakes, and meal. These studies (approximately 150 contracts per year) are aimed at ensuring effective control of technological processes, thereby guaranteeing the high quality and safety of oil raw materials and products. LIA continuously expands the range of monitored parameters in vegetable oils, fats, and fat-containing products, creating the need for the development and improvement of advanced analytical methods that meet modern requirements and contribute to raising food safety standards.
