Loren and I are so privileged to serve and train the missionaries getting God’s Word into the heart languages of the most remote people groups in the world. It’s exciting to see Him equip, launch, and provide for their needs as well as ours.
Dr. Guthmann volunteers weekly at the JAARS Clinic. Soon, he’s taking his third trip to Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya with World Medical Missions (Samaritan's Purse) as staff relief.
Recently, we started training a new volunteer, Debi (left), an RN that Michelle worked with years ago at Novant Health in Matthews. They ran into each other at Aldi and now, Debi volunteers at the clinic every week!
Skiler (right), a medical lab assistant, has served at the clinic for almost a year. She soon leaves for Papua New Guinea (whose clinic sees 600 members as well as locals) with her husband, Whit, an aircraft mechanic.
Please continue to pray for the JAARS Clinic as we need providers, nurses, lab staff, and administrative staff.
Loren loves developing online training for mother-tongue translators. It has been so well received that they are now translating it into seven languages. Between that and fixing our cars, house, yard equipment, etc., he stays busy and we see how God ALWAYS provides!
Thank you for faithfully praying for and supporting our ministry! God has allowed us to serve for over 15 years thanks to people like you!
