Dear Friends, October 2020

We hope you are enjoying the cool refreshing weather and are encouraged by the beauty of the fall. Loren and I are working hard to stay encouraged through the trials of this strange year and believe the Lord will continue to guide and sustain us all.

I am very busy at the JAARS Clinic and am getting extra steps in by greeting, and sometimes treating, patients in the parking lot. OSHA and purchasing for the clinic has given me plenty of work to do when the clinic is closed. I am confident that the clinic is probably the cleanest place on earth considering the amount of cleaning we have to do with COVID!

Loren is loving his new work developing online training using all his creative and technical skills to bring learning opportunities to Wycliffe amidst travel restrictions. He's even started a Zoom meeting with other instructional designers at Wycliffe to share ideas for making training fun and interactive.

The boys are happily settled in their new apartment and we are LOVING our empty nest! We have faith that Loren’s mother’s house will sell soon and we can get her settled in Waxhaw.
