Loren’s developing online training for three more departments. It’s fascinating to see how God makes Bible translation flourish through diverse skills like staff care, finance, and language development. Dr. Guthmann just returned from his annual volunteering at Kaspowar hospital in Kenya. His heart for missions is such a blessing at the JAARS Clinic! Please pray: We urgently need more people with medical and admin skills as our staff retires.
In July, Loren is volunteering with Refuge 139 to serve Wycliffe families working in Eastern Europe and Asia. They come to Stuttgart, Germany for a translation conference, and Loren helps with a VBS program for their kids. His German fluency comes in handy. In April, we celebrate two wedding anniversaries - Zack & Julia’s first (4/22) and our 27th (4/12)! 💞
Pray for Zack’s housing and work over the next couple years while in engineering school at UNCC.
Matthew’s IT job contract ends in May and he’s looking for a permanent job in case they don’t keep him.
