The Koh-i-Noor, Moonstone Opal, Sundrop Gem, and Orb of John the Apostle were all under the power of the Deity Instruments when they broke into Alvaro del Ventura and Violeta Sanderson's laboratory. In which they forced Elias Mikaelson to bioengineer a pair of Deities body for Juno and Aita's soul to inhabit using DNA samples from Prophet Elijah, Pontius Pilate, Simon Peter, along with other Sages and Conservationist Hunters. Elias Mikaelson is confirmed as descendants of Lancelot and Guinevere, as their relatives are Yosef, Jericho, Muruguyan, Mellow, Willow, Arianna, and others.

With tendrils of blue and yellow energy emanating from Moonstone Opal and Sundrop Gem, which belonged to Queen Rapunzel I, Juno and Aita used the Koh-i-Noor to slaughter Italians to foreigners who were about to attack them with her father's ancient scythe and all the revolted humans, angels, elves, fairies, and demons nearby. Juno comes very close to killing Clarissa and the Templars, but Jericho and Arianna offer initial magic and ecology hatred and anger. Satan combined and possessed Aita and Juno, resulting in the creation of Apollyon and Haborym. When Juno was old enough to communicate, she informed Ventura that she initially liked her vocal chords but after thousands of years without using them, she decided she didn't want to be in the machine anymore. When Juno first appears, she assassinates Roland Davenport Lambertini's wife, Allyson, using her newly gained demonic powers. Roland Davenport Lambertini was the reincarnation and avatar of Pope Benedict XIV.

After escaping Yosef Buenaventura's deception, Arianna asked Elias to give her the Koh-i-Noor and Terran Ancient items. She was astonished to see him set her up with Arianna and Jericho to kill Juno and Aita by placing their own Hephaestus's Pistol Sword and Gungnir to Juno's throat and beheading Aita, though. On the New Abstergo rooftop in Roma, Italy, Alvaro and Yosef engaged in combat using their Terran Ancient Weapons coming from Hephaestus. Yosef killed Alvaro for treachery and blasphemy.

The remains of Juno and Aita were destroyed by Queen Arianna II when New Capitolium was razed in retribution for de Ventura's death. High ranking followers of Juno and Aita were killed by the Templar, Conservationist, and Assassin forces, while the UN, SETI, Interpol, CIA, NBI, and FBI mostly captured the rest of the group. Due to their crimes against human civilization, Queen Arianna dispatched Foliawings and other animals to massacre Hera and Aita's supporters. Lady Violeta Sanderson is put to death for her blasphemy against humanity by the CIA, DEA, UN, Interpol, and FBI. She was also murdered by the allies of Duke Jester O'Hara. The Deity Instruments are torched by Michael Torino, a government-employed knight and CIA officer. The youngest child of Queen Clarissa Jasmine was born in Ireland, and Torino, Roland, and others gave her the honorific name Allyson in remembrance of Roland's wife. Following the explosion at Alvaro's facility, the remaining Assassins, Templars, and Hunters fled. As a result, the religion swiftly disintegrated and disbanded, and Lancelot and Guinevere's descendants won and completely eradicated the religion of the Romans. Greek traditionalism also took the place of the religion.

After the conflict, Arianna and Jericho had taken control of the creatures and assisted to restore the world's ecosystems using materials provided by Hera, Satan, and Aita.
