Legends about Nilam's previous existence came from the Tamil Nadu royal family, his mother, and his friends, including Princess Diana. He believed that he had a responsibility to protect both humans and animals caught between two enemies: the Assassin Order and the Templar Order. Lesley left to find her own After four years, he realized that his adopted family was part of the Hidden Ecologists, a sworn enemy of the Assassin Order and Templar Order as representatives of peacekeepers on planet Earth. He trained harder and faster as promised by his foster dad, Rodrigo Karthik, about his ancestry using a stolen Animus device from Abstergo Industries, the sworn enemy of the Templar Order, the Assassin Order, and the Hidden Ecologists due to being selfish and in favor of white supremacists with the Inquisition and Nazis. Rodrigo and his allies were shocked that he was mixed aswang and the deity, he later kept his secret for his good use. Many Templars in India were massacred by Abstergo soldiers and found the hideout of the Hidden Ecologist.

Nilan made the decision for his own life to fight and be inspired by Mahatma Gandhi and others about the power of protection and preservation against the dark side, according to his adopted mother, Carlota Karthik. Unfortunately, Carlota was stabbed by Abstergo soldiers. However, Nilan instantly combined his talents and used physical strikes to kill the murderers while drawing blood from them. Since Nilan is distinct from the Karthik family and promised Rodrigo the shares of riches he would receive if Abstergo Industries decided to target him, no one mentioned this. Rodrigo presented Nilan with the Cross of Chennai, a fabled sword imbued with paralysis that was created by gods in the Pleistocene era. Additionally, in order to obtain the funds for him, the soldiers murdered the Karthik family members and their allies before escaping aboard British royal military ships, hiding, and unintentionally entering the country. In order to use the bombs in the opulent apartment to kill Abstergo soldiers in the dead of night, Rodrigo gives his life.

Nilan had a briefcase filled to the brim with cash, shares, and the famous weapon he needed to survive. He also vowed to get revenge on Abstergo Industries. The coast guards are trying to establish that Nilan spends his nights outside and is only brought inside the bedroom when he is in danger. One of the crew members, Jack Hopkin, discovered that Nilan Punzalan was identified as the most recently hired Hidden Ecologist in the records and quickly informed the Hidden Ecologist's boss. When Will My Life Begin? was the song that Nilan's ancestor Princess Rapunzel paired with his new friends on the naval ships at the beginning of the story.

Nilan was discovered on January 1st, 1990 AD by Sir Julio Francis Winston, one of the Hidden Ecologist's lieutenants, who promptly sent him to the secret chambers to practice new techniques. Poland becomes the first nation in Eastern Europe to start emancipating its Hidden Ecologists-created state socialist colonies. Poland also left the Warsaw Pact as a result of the Assassin Order there. Glasgow officially starts its year as the cultural capital of Europe. PSINet and EUnet, the first commercial Internet service providers, started offering Internet access to businesses in the US and the Netherlands, respectively. After training, Nilan watched a Thames Television special on ITV in the UK that featured Rowan Atkinson's Mr. Bean for the first time.

Nilan was kidnapped and incarcerated by Abstergo Industries, a former Templar organization, and forced into a machine called the Animus or known by Hidden Ecologists as Chalom (Hebrew for “dream”) to relive the genetic memories of his ancestor, Jatavarman Parakrama Pandyan. It was Abstergo's aim to acquire a map that detailed many "Pieces of Eden" spread across the Earth, which Nilan was reluctantly successful in doing.

On January 20, 1990, Soviet troops occupied Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, under the state of emergency decree issued by General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev, and killed over 130 protesters and 500 Templars and Assassins who were demonstrating for independence under Abstergo Industries. The Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic declares its independence from the USSR. Nilan was abducted by Abstergo agents at the command of Abstergo Master Daniel Cross. Daniel Cross is a member of the Spanish Inquisition, the Russian Templars, the British Templars, and more. The next day, after awakening at an Abstergo facility in Azerbaijan, he was held captive for use as a test subject in the Animus, a device that could read the memories of people's ancestors through the "genetic memory" passed down through their descendants' DNA.

Warren Vidic initially tried to force the information he needed from Nilan's unconscious mind, but he was unsuccessful. When Nilan regained consciousness, he furiously asserted that he was just a bartender. However, when Warren said that Abstergo was aware of Nilan's history as an Assassin, Templar, or Hunter, Nilan was ultimately forced to acknowledge his previous identity. To weaken Nilan, Warren used peanut spray, but Lucy Stillman stopped him.

Nilan was informed by Warren that he and his assistant Lucy Stillman were encountering resistance from Nilan's subconscious while attempting to recover a specific memory of his ancestor. If Nilan didn't comply with their requests, Warren vowed to put him into a coma while they finished their task and abandon him to perish. Nilan was forced to assist them, thus they briefly hooked up before they could flee to Armenia with Lucy.

Nilan felt compelled to explore Jatavarman Parakrama Pandyan's genetic memories as a result. Nilan did this for a few days while being watched over by Abstergo, but at night he was given a code that allowed him to unlock the door of the bedroom that had been provided for him and walk the lab he was being held in. Between 1473 and 1506, Jatavarman Parakrama Pandyan presided over the Pandyan dynasty. His inscriptions begin with Pumisaivvanitai (in Tamil) and Samastabhuvaikavira (in Sanskrit) and go by the regnal name Azhagan Perumal. Before eating, Nilan was awakened by Lucy, and Pandyan added to the temple at Tenkasi and boasted of military successes over Kerala tribes thanks to his demigod powers.

As he was presented with the opportunity, Desmond used it to access the Animus' computer and, after he had stolen Warren's access pen, gained access to Warren's personal computer as well to find Nilan's experiment. Through reading private emails, Desmond learned much about Abstergo as well as the Animus subject that had preceded Nilan, Subject 69, who was noted to have suffered from the "Bleeding Effect", a drastic symptom induced due to prolonged exposure to the Animus. The Lineage Discovery and Acquisition division of Animus apprehended Subject 69 (Nilan Punzalan, a conservationist hunter) in September to replace the deceased Subject 68 (Nicko Sergeyevich, a Templar). Although he was swiftly captured by his allies, Lucy, Desmond, Diana Spencer, and her friends, Subject 69 managed to survive the Chalom and provide Abstergo with a holographic map outlining other pieces of Eden. Eventually, on Lucy's prompting, the Assassins attempted to liberate him, and with the gunfire of their assault being heard through an intercom device, Lucy revealed herself to be an undercover member of the Assassins, Templars, and Hunters. Under the orders of Daniel Cross and Eddie Sargsyan, two Abstergo members attempted a drive-by shooting at Lesley's house in 1990 in order to kill Subject 69. However, Subject 69 was not present, and Monte Melkonian was nearly killed instead. The Armenians stormed into the house, only to discover that one of their members had been murdered by Abstergo.

Due to Aswang ancestry, eliminating all agents, and drinking enemy blood, repeated attempts to reacquire Subject 69 have been unsuccessful to date. Abstergo recently dispatched its top recruits and Daniel Cross in order to eliminate Subject 69, Quirin Stearns, the ruler of the Templar Order, Diana Spencer, the commander of Hidden Ecologist, Subject 69's half-brothers and mom, Lesley Punzalan, and William Miles, the de facto leader of the Assassin Order. Daniel was able to track Subject 69 and his hideout to Baku, Azerbaijan, after becoming frustrated with Abstergo's loss of Subject 69. Daniel cornered Subject 69 at gunpoint when he attempted to steal a Terran artifact battery from an office in Sumgait. Nilan, on the other hand, disarmed Daniel with his extraordinary power and knocked him out with the battery before fleeing with Lucy, Desmond, and a wild Aralez, an Armenian dog-winged dragon.

On February 11, Nelson Mandela was released by Hidden Ecologists disguised as judges from Victor Verster Prison, near Cape Town, South Africa, after 27 years behind bars. On February 14, the Pale Blue Dot photograph of Earth is sent back from the Voyager 1 probe by Hidden Ecologists, the Templar Order, and the Assassin Order after completing its primary mission from around 5.6 billion kilometers (3.5 billion mi) away. On February 15, the United Kingdom and Argentina restored diplomatic relations after 8 years due to guerrilla conflict between normal people and recent Templars. The UK had severed ties in response to Argentina's invasion of the Falkland Islands, a British Dependent Territory, in 1982. In Cartagena, Colombia, a summit is held between President of the United States George H. W. Bush, President of Bolivia Jaime Paz Zamora, President of Colombia Virgilio Barco Vargas, and President of Peru Alan Garca. The leaders pledge additional cooperation in fighting international drug trafficking.

16 persons perished in a fire set by Abstergo members on March 1 at the Sheraton Hotel in Cairo, Egypt. The US conducted a raid on Steve Jackson Games. Grove Street Families and Hidden Ecologists performed Secret Service, which eventually led to the creation of the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The Royal New Zealand Navy stops providing rum as part of its daily ration. Due to a misunderstanding, Luis Alberto Lacalle, the late politician and diplomat's grandson, is sworn in as president of Uruguay. But soon they reached the back of the room, having followed Lucy through the maze-like passages between the blocks, out of the way of the guard patrols. Desmond, Nilan, Shaun, and others. When Lucy's code for the closed door of another elevator was rejected, Desmond and Nilan immediately used his recently obtained Eagle Vision to open the door. On his third attempt, Desmond succeeded in unlocking the door after spotting the buttons required for the code. The two were stopped by other Abstergo members after they both arrived at the parking garage beneath the structure, but they were able to overcome them using Nilan's aswang abilities and flee.

With the Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania and the withdrawal of the use of Cyrillic to substitute adapted Latin, the Lithuanian SSR announced its independence from the Soviet Union on March 11, also known as the "Singing Revolution." Desmond was introduced to Shaun Hastings and Rebecca Crane after he arrived at one of the Assassins' hideouts in Lithuania from Armenia via Aralez. They had previously worked with Lucy and Nilan and desired to stay and get some food. Desmond's assassin training might be completed in a matter of days thanks to the Bleeding Effect and Nilan's skills, Lucy informed him.

Finally, charges of racketeering, genocide, murder, animal abuse, corruption, drug trafficking, and sexual assault have been brought against the Abstergo Industries. Shaun, Rebecca, Nilan, Desmond, and Lucy have all gathered in the living room of the Lithuanian Assassin Brotherhood Hideout to watch the news coverage of the trial. As the report is being broadcast, Desmond asserts that Cross will receive a 100-year sentence, but Lucy responds that police officers regularly get away with crimes. The study also discusses retracting witness accounts and the widespread slaughter caused by the former Templar organization, which is now thought to be on the run and supports white nationalism and the Nazis. A short while later, the reporters leave the courtroom, and Cross's attorney reads out a statement stating that the district attorney has dismissed all charges against Cross due to a lack of evidence, effectively allowing Cross to leave the courtroom free and to carry on with his illegal activities with Abstergo's support.

In March 13, After they all begin attacking the waves of Abstergo members guarding the former Hidden Ecologists hideout once they arrive in England, Nilan saves Adelaide Hoffman, the daughter of a British Hidden Ecologists general, and then defends his friends to start the guerrilla conflict in London. After clearing out the homes beside the railroad, they proceed via an alleyway to further explore the neighborhood. In order to establish an effective U.S.-style presidency and remove Abstergo members from the Soviet Union, the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union accepted amendments to the Soviet Union's Constitution. Mikhail Gorbachev was elected to the first five-year term as president of the Soviet Union on March 15. Just before being entirely swept out, the Abstergo forces manage to hurt Gorbachev's teammates. The last wave of Abstergo and Neo-Nazis has soldiers carrying flamethrowers, hidden blades, rocket launchers, grenades, and even low-tier magic powers as the Soviet crew moves to the serious area of the neighborhood. But as the Soviets overtook the Soviet Union, Nilan, Adelaide, and his companions joined and managed to survive the gunfight.

Nilan recruited more hunters named Chibuike Yadao, Gerald Marasigan, Kaimana Alana, Min-kang Gim Robinson, Ganien:keh, and now Muhammad Ali too, and traveled to Nigeria. While Princess Diana and Prince Charles toured Nigeria and Cameroon. The president of Cameroon hosted an official dinner to welcome them in Yaoundé. Highlights of the tour included visits by Diana to hospitals and projects focusing on women's development. One of the presidents of Cameroon and supporter of Hidden Ecologist, Paul Biya geet Nilan and his friends about his mother. Lesley and Nilan reunite, she tells Nilan about his  adopted parents being exterminated by Abstergo Industries. Unknown to them, Nilan was shocked that Diana Spencer was the newest leader of Hidden Ecologist since her former leader was killed. His name was Gerald Kirk, the former Elder Duke of Conservationist Hunter, was killed by Abstergo soldiers. This is the worst event known as The Great Extinction, which is prohibited by Paul Biya. Diana gives Nilan the necklace made of adamantite called Sundrop Gem and Moonstone Opal, which is part of Piece of Eden as used by Nilan.

Daniel Cross discovered the necklace's hiding place and transported it with his forces. When Nilan and his companions arrived in Chennai, they discovered that Karthik's home had already been demolished under Cross's command. In order to join the Assassin Order and the Templar Order, which weren't alternatives, Nilan paid a lot of people to pose as conservationist hunters and turn double agents. Olinila, the last daughter of Karthik, shattered the tracking device that Nilan's left ear was mistaken for an earring, and she just hoped to join Nilan's team. Warren gave up because ecologists revealed a well-known device. Raaga and Dharun Minhao, two of her cousins, backed Nilan and did what was right by Olinila's parents by siding with them against Cross. However, utilizing stolen equipment from Abstergo, William Miles, Desmond's father, and his Assassin warriors managed to capture Nilan and his squad after learning about the artifact and Rapunzel's proof. The Grand Master of the Templar Knights, Quirin Stearns, also attempted to kill Nilan, but all of his attempts failed because Moonstone Opal acted as a trigger.

Desmond accidently injured Raaga, but Nilan used his healing incantation and unintentionally cast the magic spell "Ora Pro Nobis," which is exclusive to Hidden Ecologists and means Pray For Us in Latin. As a result, Nilan's hair turned blond, just like his ancestor Rapunzel and he collapsed after exposure of his powers, and William and Quirin discovered demigod's bioluminescent lines, which is exclusive to Aesirs. William used Assassin Order made technology to view the genetic memories of one's ancestor–the Animus–was based on technology utilized by Terran Deities to record genetic memories and Nilan's ancestors. Miles brought Jack Hopkin as ransom, but he realized that Princess Rapunzel and Sir Nilan were coincidently related.

William Miles and Lucy Stillman noted that, as in Bengaluru, India, the first recorded instance of a human or demigod learning of the explicit existence of the Aesir after their disappearance at the end of the Pleistocene was that of Lancelot and Guinevere, who claimed them in their journals by an unidentified writer who was later discovered to be the goddess named Eostre. In order to build the covert allegiance, William and Quirin had an agreement with Lucy for Desmond and his associates to keep information hidden from Abstergo and Cross. Nilan had assassination training from William, then Templar training from Quirin. Until Obet Ghoshal, one of Prince Harry's bodyguards, gave the order for Nilan to apply his new techniques, Desmond trained Nilan using the combined Sundrop and Moonstone using Rapunzel's powers.

Lucy found Warrec and Cross, with their allies, at Kasi Viswanathar Temple, where the gem of Ganesha was buried during antiquity, according to Rebecca. Except for Muhammad and his family, Nilan, Chibuike, Gerald, Kaimana, Min-kang, Ganien:keh, Olinila, Raaga, Dharun, Adelaide, and others are going to strategy to take down Abstergo, and William is calling Diana about the last mission for Nilan.

Lucy found that the information of Elephas ekorensis, the ancestor of both Asian elephants and the Gajasura, is the most likely choice, despite the claims of the Templars, Assassins, and conservationists that the precise species from which the Gajasura descended is confirmed. Daniel Cross and Nilan Punzalan were at odds until one of Daniel Cross' allies, Gardo Lebbai, accused Cross in error and joined sides with Nilan in accordance with the oath and promise. Cross summons Gajasura, who attacks Gardo and Nilan before transforming into a huge elephant and attacking them. Before being halted by Lesley Punzalan and Adelaide Hoffman. At the foot of Kasi Viswanathar Temple, where Jatavarman Parakrama Pandyan buried his treasures, Nilan and Cross engaged in combat. Nilan used the Cross of Chennai sword against Cross because his ancestor's valuables were made of the minerals adamantite and aurorium. Daniel uses his dark magic, while Nilan lacks and he is unharmed until the necklace triggers, due to born without magic. Desmond was wounded by Cross and Nilan enraged, turned into aswang with Rapunzel's powers.

Nilan was unscathed when Cross fired the shotgun, and it was later discovered that he was a descendent of Lancelot and Guinevere, who did not actually exist and did not have children after King Arthur's demise. Since Daniel Cross was less easily knocked out by big objects, he was attacked by Nilan's powers and used the powers of the elements: water, fire, soil, oxygen, vegetation, and metallurgy. Cross is terrified and attempts to use a blowgun to blast a peanut, but Nilan breaks every single peanut into dust, so Cross gives up and flees from Nilan.

The CIA, Indian Army, Assassin Brotherhood, Templar Order, and Hidden Ecologists attack and kill or arrest Abstergo members, including Juke Saints and other comrades under Shaun Hastings and Rebecca Crane, in order to get revenge on Nilan's adoptive parents. Warren kidnapped Lucy for blasphemy, but Lesley rescued her and brought her to Quirin. Warren was astounded that she possessed her son's skills and fled with his guards, but they were killed by snipers. However, a member of Shiva's cult murdered Gajasura, allowing Cross to make a daring getaway through the haystack. Tom Avagyavishap, Nilan's closest friend, who nearly murdered Cross at a high place before fleeing with a limp, transferred it instead. Nilan cursed Cross with the moonstone opal necklace, turning him into truly agony in the palms of his hands and making him flee to his Seattle building.

When a huge red dragon showed up, which Shaun and Lucy identified as Gochdraig from Welsh mythology, an Elder Dragon who was in charge of producing the offspring of Lancelot and Guinevere, several of the Abstergo barrack trucks were stopped and burned alive. Nilan was given the new name Gochdraig, Trafalgar; Shaun suggested Jimmy in place of Nilan and left at Nilan's request. William knows about Jimmy as "he who supplants" in Hebrew, as the dragon can take charge or change. Desmond and Lucy were successfully healed by Nilan using Sundrop and Moonstone Opal, but the unknown gods were awoken by Nilan's energies, and he passed out as the Ecologists, Assassins, Templars, and others withdrew and some unknown individuals restored order to the temple. The Indian and Lithuanian governments acknowledged Nilan as the true hero once he awoke in the hospital. The most current, unbreakable fabric was a present from Nilan's mother and was made by Hidden Ecologist's first blacksmith. Nilan was shown on TV and wanted justice served for victims from arson, as well as murdered his adopted family, and destroyed the property from Abstergo Industries. Nilan became a famous celebrity, as well as his mom and friends, and he shared with Olinila as part of his family.

Olinila took Nilan to the cemetery, where she was given the long sword by Rathian and was accompanied by the saurischian wyvern Rathian.
