Digital voucher

Whenever a booking is made , the client will receive a digital voucher. In this voucher, you will have a summary of all the services included and the price.

Please see below example.

Options button:

Print the voucher: you can choose to print it with or without price and also choose the format as shown on the image below:

Download the voucher: here the voucher will appear with more details and information.
Share: resend email, share via whatsapp or telegram.

As soon as you open the voucher you see an image from the destination and the booking reference. (TRC- ....). As you scroll down you will see all the booked services, all the related information and the payment terms.

Also , our digital voucher allows you to:

See your profile and requests
See the services booked.
Add more services: when clicking the following pop up will appear offering to add a transfer, a ride, a rent a car or other experiences. You can do all of this if you have the premium module: Magic Box.

If you do not have this module in active, the option add more services will not appear at your voucher.

Depending on the booking status the voucher will have a different colour. These are as follow:

Green: Confirmed booking.
Yellow: Booking pending to be paid.
Red: Cancelled booking.
