From here your support team can access the logs of the service requests that our system performs towards the different providers. In the first block we ill see the current session data, we can use the search tool to access other user's sessions and see what they have done .Â
In the first block we will see the data of the session we are in, you can use the search engine to access the session of other users and see what they have done. The "Extend Expiration Date" button allows us to extend the expiration of a particular trace (sessionId) for a month, so that if we detect an error we have a margin to review it.
Check all the types of traces
In navigation traces we will see a summary of the results where users have been browsing. It specifies the session, its ID, the URLs where users have entered, the domain, the country, the user and the method.Â
In this section we can see the quotes launched by the users.
In Provider traces we can see the traces of each provider with its type of service, account, date, if it has quoted, the quotation results, the error (if any), service information...
Finally, we can access the communication traces of all requests and responses for each provider. Filters can be used to narrow down results (service type and provider) and read the traces
